Turn off images in Mail

If you want your email to load faster and avoid using too much bandwidth (if for instance you're abroad and paying for every megabyte) you can now switch off the auto-loading of images in the Mail app.

Click on Settings then Mail, Contacts, Calendars then scroll down to Load Remote Images and switch it off.

Note: once you have done this there is no way to load the images from within the Mail app for a particular message. You have to go back to Settings and reset it globally.
